1 · What we collect

When you interact with APEX we may collect the following:

• Name and email — collected at checkout (via Lemon Squeezy) or when you run the height assessment
• Payment information — processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy; we never see or store card details
• Assessment input — processed locally in your browser; only the resulting projection is associated with your email if you choose to receive it
• IP address and general geographic location — for fraud prevention only

2 · How we use it

We use your information for one of four reasons, and nothing else:

• Deliver the digital product you purchased
• Send order confirmation and receipt emails
• Reply to your support requests
• Improve the product based on aggregate (de-identified) usage signals

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

3 · Third-party services

We rely on Lemon Squeezy as our payment processor and merchant of record. They handle all payment data under their own privacy policy — see Lemon Squeezy Privacy. Email delivery uses Web3Forms (no marketing list, transactional only).

4 · Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies. Assessment data is processed entirely in your browser; nothing is sent to our servers unless you explicitly submit your email.

5 · Security

Transactions are encrypted end-to-end by Lemon Squeezy. We store no card data ourselves. Email submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to Web3Forms and delivered to our support inbox.

6 · Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days, typically within 72 hours.
