Here’s when we make exceptions.

APEX is a digital product delivered instantly. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal. Refunds are granted only in the specific circumstances below.

All sales are final.

Files are delivered instantly. They can’t be “returned.” Read this section carefully before you buy.

1 · General policy

All purchases of the APEX Growth System are considered final once the files have been delivered. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content. We encourage all potential buyers to carefully review the product description and FAQ section before purchasing.

2 · Limited refund eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Technical failure: You did not receive the files and our support team could not resolve delivery within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate purchase: You were charged twice for the same product. Only the duplicate charge is refunded.
  • Corrupted files: Delivered files are unreadable and replacement files did not resolve the issue.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with the content or methods
  • Failure to achieve expected results
  • Not following the protocol as instructed
  • Inability to open standard PDF files on your device
  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase

3 · Required documentation

Refund requests must include the following. Incomplete requests are not processed:

  • Your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt email)
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A detailed description of the technical issue
  • Screenshots or screen recordings of the problem

4 · Refund process

Eligible refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Bank processing time may add 5–10 additional business days.

All refund decisions are final and made at our sole discretion.

5 · Chargebacks & fraud prevention

Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first is a violation of this policy. We actively contest all chargebacks and provide full transaction records as evidence. Fraudulent chargebacks result in a permanent block from future purchases and may be reported to fraud prevention databases.
